Not really impressed with this lounge, probably won't book it again as not worth the money. There was a disappointing selection of food available. I don't eat spicy food but that meant that there was only 1 option for me which I didn't really like. Plus there was only 1 person at the bar so there was constantly a long wait trying to get a drink
Not happy with the massive queue to get in but once in it was great. So overall very happy and a great discounted price 😀
Was enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit before flying. Staff super friendly. Drinks and food choices except
The price for the experience was great. However the lounge itself was let down. Food wasn't great, and the lady at the bar was quite clearly having a bad day and not happy at all. As a customer focused business you have to be positive facing the public.
Couldn't say I loved it - No warm welcome, advised in email booking confirmation that if late my booking would be cancelled without refund (surely having booked 3 hours from 3 I should be able to enter any time so long as I leave by 6!) and a group of drunk noises women entered the 'quiet' area and nobody asked them to leave and return to the bar area.
The quietness of the venue was excellent. Unfortunately your website advertises Edinburgh Gin cocktails as included in the package but when we got there we were told we had to pay for them. I only bought the tickets to have the cocktails so for me it was money wasted
Good value for the money Will use again
I didn't. It was described as Plaza Premium. The food was awful. The "chicken tikka masala" didn't have any chicjen in it. Nit even when they topped it up. It was masala sauce.
The venue was dirty and the food and drink choices were poor. I would not book this venue again as it definitely wasn't value for money
The description of the lounge advised there was a kids play room however, upon entry they didn't advise where this was and when asked, they advised it was closed due to first aid training. We wouldn't have booked the lounge if we were aware of this - only reason we booked is because of the play area and to take tire our 1 year old out prior to our flight!
Sold as being able to get Edinburgh gin in a vip area, no such thing existed they stopped the Edinburgh gin a month before my visit total mis selling
