Mike was a lovely, enthusiastic and most of all in every way authentic tour guide! His stories and the way he delivered them were captivating from start to finish. Glad we did the tour, it definitely was the cherry in the cake of our Edinburgh trip (okay, one of many cherries).

Ticketing was good, needed to contact headout as I lost the first set of tickets, but was easy to get them re-issued. Great tour, and so was the tour guide
